Drafts are not counted in the quiz row: you may keep as many as you like on any plan, and only a published quiz takes one of the slots above.
The trial is Shopify's own, applied the first time you subscribe to a paid plan, and it runs once: a later change of plan does not open a second one. Free carries none because it is permanent and asks for no card.
Three fields of the result email are outside every gate, on Free as much as on Unlimited: the privacy policy link, the terms link and the notification address. Pointing your customers at your own legal pages, and receiving what the app has to send you, are not things a plan should decide, see Result email.
Sending the result email is not gated either. Every plan sends it; what Pro adds is control over how it looks and what it says.
